This website is operated by GlamLook, a shop based in Gulbarga. Orders placed here are fulfilled by that shop.

Still to be filled in: the registered business name, full address, and GST registration number if the shop is registered. These are required on an Indian e-commerce site.

You need an account to place an order, so that we can tell you about it afterwards. Keep your password to yourself — anything ordered from your account is treated as ordered by you.

We describe what we sell as accurately as we can, including stating plainly that 1-gram gold is gold-plated imitation jewellery rather than solid or hallmarked gold, with its plating, weight and guarantee on each product page.

Screen colours vary between devices, so a photograph is a guide rather than an exact match. Message us before ordering if the exact shade matters and we will send a real photo or video of the piece.

Prices are in Indian rupees and include any taxes shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline it — most often because an item has just sold out — and if you have already paid for an order we cannot fulfil, you get your money back.

You can pay on delivery or collection by cash, UPI or card, or pay online when you place the order. Online payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

Reviews can only be left for products you have actually received. Please keep them about the product — we may remove anything abusive or unrelated.

Indian e-commerce rules require a named person to receive complaints and a timeframe for acknowledging them.
