Shipping & delivery policy

We deliver across Gulbarga. Orders are delivered by our own delivery person, not a courier, which is why delivery is same-day and limited to the city.

Still to be filled in: whether any areas or pin codes are outside the delivery range.

Orders placed before 8pm are delivered the same day. You choose a delivery window at checkout, and our delivery person calls you before arriving.

Orders placed after the cutoff are delivered the next day in the window you choose.

Delivery charges are set by the shop and shown at checkout before you pay.

The exact delivery charge for your order is always shown at checkout before payment.

You can choose store pickup at checkout instead of delivery. Pickup is free, and we message you as soon as the order is packed and ready to collect.

Pickup is only offered once the shop has published its collection address, so if you do not see the option, delivery is the only choice at the moment.

If an order is late, has not arrived, or was delivered to the wrong place, raise it under Help & support and we will follow it up.
